"I ordered from Shaplaboo and ended up needing..."
I ordered from Shaplaboo and ended up needing a refund. They did send the money back eventually, so it wasnt a total mess, but it took way longer than I thought it would. Support did reply, just kinda slow. Not the worst experience ever, but waiting around for it was annoying.

"Order was right, no real issues"
So, yeah, my order from Shaplaboo showed up pretty much exactly how I picked it out. The size was right and the color was right too, which I was kind of worried about at first. It did take, like, a little longer than I was hoping, but overall, it was good and I don’t really have any complaints.

"Pretty good for the price"
I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but the price seemed fair, so I gave it a shot. It actually turned out sorta better than I expected. It’s not perfect, but for what you pay, it’s solid. Shipping could’ve been a little faster, but overall I’m happy with it.

"I reached out to Shaplaboo support..."
I reached out to Shaplaboo support, the replies were really slow. I ended up waiting around without any clear update, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I understand support teams can get busy, but even a quick message saying they were looking into it would’ve helped. It just didn’t feel like anyone was really paying attention to my issue, so the customer service experience wasn’t great for me...

"It works, just kind of clunky feeling"
The site does work, so that’s good, but using it felt a bit clunky to me. Like, nothing was totally broken, but it could move around smoother and be less awkward to deal with.

"Pretty good, but could be sturdier"
I ordered this from shaplaboo.com and overall it’s been decent. It fits fine and has held up okay so far, but I did notice the material starting to show some wear after just a few washes. It’s not a bad buy, I just expected it to feel a little more durable for regular use.

"Checkout just wouldn’t go through"
I tried to place my order, but the payment page kept freezing on me. After a few attempts, I figured it wasn’t worth wasting more time and gave up. A checkout page really needs to work smoothly if you expect people to finish a purchase.

I like the overall look of the site, it feels clean, easy to look at, and the colors are really pleasant. A few pages could load a bit more smoothly — but overall, the style and design are solid.

The fit was mostly okay for me, though the sleeves felt a little long. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to fit, but I did find myself wondering if I should’ve tried a different size.

"I had a small issue with my order..."
I had a small issue with my order from shaplaboo.com and, i was a bit annoyed at first. I emailed them and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, especially since it took a little while to hear back.
When they did reply, though, they handled it simply and fixed the problem without making it complicated. I wouldn’t say it was perfect, but in the end I’m okay with how it turned out.

"Photos were mostly close, but the wait was annoying"
The photos were close to what I got, but it did look a little different in real life. I was also frustrated with how long I had to wait, which made the whole experience less exciting than I expected.

I ordered from shaplaboo.com expecting it to arrive when it was supposed to, but the delivery just never showed up. The tracking barely changed, so I had no idea what was going on, and when I reached out to support, they were slow and made me feel dismissed. It felt like they just brushed off the issue instead of actually helping. I definitely wouldn’t trust them again if I needed something to arrive on time

"Fits Decently, But Comfort Could Be Better"
The size was close and it fits okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it’s super comfortable for me. It’s not terrible, just not something I feel excited to wear for long periods. I ended up feeling a little underwhelmed by it

"Shipping took forever"
The shipping was frustrating. I placed my order thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, and then it just kind of sat there, or at least that’s how it felt because the tracking barely updated. I kept checking it like, okay, is it moving, is it lost, what’s happening here? By the time it finally arrived, I was already annoyed. The product may be fine, but the shipping speed really wasn’t great.

I got the package a few days ago, or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember exactly, but it showed up in great condition. The box was clean and wasn’t crushed or anything, and everything inside was packed nicely with no damage. I’m happy with it

I gave the product from shaplaboo.com a try for a few weeks, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. It arrived without any issues and was simple enough to use, so no complaints there. But the results were underwhelming for me. I also kind of felt like just a ticket number as a customer, like there wasn’t much care beyond getting the order out. Maybe it works better for other people, but for what I paid, it felt more like hype than something that actually delivered.
